How to Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data using one of the methods below:
Method 1 — Email Request
Send an email to: support@unshakeable.app
Subject line: Delete Account Request
Include:
> Your account email address
> Your full name if provided in account
> The phrase: I request account deletion
Method 2 — In-App Request
> Navigate to: Settings → Account → Delete Account
> Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, we delete or anonymize:
> Account profile information
> Login credentials
> Personal preferences
> Style and color analysis profile data
> Uploaded images if stored
> App personalization records
What Data May Be Retained If Required
Some limited data may be retained only if required for:
> Legal compliance
> Fraud prevention
> Financial recordkeeping
> Dispute resolution
> Security logging
This retained data is restricted and not used for marketing.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within up to 7 business days. Most requests are completed sooner. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.
Subscription Cancellation — Important Note
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your app store subscription. You must cancel separately through:
Apple App Store
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Unshakeable AI Stylist
Google Play
Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Unshakeable AI Stylist

How can I delete my Unshakeable App account?
To delete your account, navigate to Settings within the app, select Account Management, then choose the Delete Account option. Follow the prompts to confirm your decision. You may also email support@unshakeable.app with the subject line Delete Account Request.
What happens to my data after I delete my account?
Once you delete your account, all your personal data and preferences will be permanently removed from our system. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that your information is not stored after deletion.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
Unfortunately, once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up any important style data or recommendations before proceeding with deletion.
Is there a fee associated with deleting my account?
No, there are no fees for deleting your Unshakeable App account. This process is completely free.
How do I manage my data within the app?
You can manage your data within the app by accessing the Settings menu. From there, you can update your preferences, manage notifications, and download your data for your records.
Can I deactivate my account instead of deleting it?
Currently the Unshakeable AI Stylist only supports account deletion. However, you can simply stop using the app if you need a break and your information will be retained until you decide to delete.
Will I receive a confirmation when my account is deleted?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your account deletion is successfully processed.
